little help
« on: June 29, 2011, 02:39:32 PM »
A week before was to go to Reno my car was stolen. Had all my equipment in it. So get to Reno and have 2 emergency balls drilled. A C-system 4.5 pin below fingers and a Damage pin above fingers. The question is for suggest 2 balls to round out this. One would like to be used as a dry lane/spare ball. Any help would be apreciated.

for something for the dry you could go karma pearl or a long pin loaded revolver for the dry. that is my suggestion.

Karma pearl has the same cover as the Damage, even though the core numbers on it are slightly weaker, and the Loaded Revolver is stronger than either one of those. Are you sure about your suggestions? The Karma pearl is deceptive, so will it be far enough below the Damage to let him use it as his dry lane alternative?

Yeah because out of the loadeds that I have and drilled I think that cover need some dry anyways if you leave if at box. That is why I said long pin like some with a 5 or higher.  That will create enough length and still have enough to get through carry down in the back part of the lane. And the reason I suggested a karma pearl just because of the core because it doesn't have that puck in the middle of the like the original zones, atudes did.  I know the cores and the covers it was just some ideas.

Without knowing your specs, this is what i would suggest. The Karma Pearl may be a bit close if you are a higher rev player. I would suggest a Slingshot ofe the weaker ball. For something stronger, if you are looking to buy a ball now... I would go with a Wicked Siege. You can't go wrong with that ball. If you are waiting until closer to the league season, I would go with the Lethal Revolver.
