Saw an interesting Brunswick ball on EBay, called The Renegade Blue Pearl. Very nice looking ball. I emailed the owner, BowlingBall.com and they told me it was a pearl resin with a mild core. So I bid and won, very cheaply, I might add. (I hoped it was a pearl version of the Revolution Renegade, a very good solid resin ball.)

Then I emailed Brunswick and Tom Tomaras was kind enough to answer: it's a polyester equivalent to a Target Zone. Sigh ...

So I suggest we get the answer fromt he "horse's mouth" before bidding or buying a new unknown ball.

Saw something siliar on German Ebay lately: A Revolution Clash spare ball was sold as a reactive ball. But a pro shop (!) intervened and made the seller modify his ad.

Yeah, it is always better to do some research or ask the right people about unknown stuff.

Since the seller, bowlingball.com, who is pretty trustworthy told me it was resin ....
