twisted fury vs. cherry vibe
« on: January 03, 2008, 05:32:39 PM »
Being that several people have reviewed the Cherry Vibe as being the same strength, if not stronger than their black widow pearl, I was wondering how strong it would be compared to a twisted fury.  Does anyone here have both, and if so, how do they compare? Thank you for any imput.

I think it depends entirely on conditions as to whether the Vibe is stronger than the BWP.  Don't read too much into that.

I haven't thrown any Hammer for a few years now, but our shops have drilled lots of them, so here's trying to be objective:

The Vibe is designed for drier conditions and does well there.  The Twisted shiny excels on drier, but adjust the surface down to 2000 abralon, or even lower for higher speeds, and this ball is MUCH stronger than the Vibe.

ON EDIT, Guys with high revs can make a ball like the Vibe look very strong.  To the average league bowler with substantially fewer revs, the Twisted will be more versatile.  I hope this helps.
