Brunswick is really making some great stuff these days. I bought my wife a smash/r a year ago and it is still going strong. I have the HPD, Brimstone Monster, 2 hph's and the original DZ. I think they are making the best equipment on the market. Ebonite/Hammer is making a good stuff too, but after a couple of bad experiences with them I am hesitant to buy from them. I have thrown quite a few Big B's in the past including the Rhino series and many of the Zones (speed demon, sapphire). The best thing about them right now is they aren't releasing 1 ball a week like Track or Columbia. It seems to me that they are actually spending a significant amount of time in research and development to make a quality product. The last big flop I remember was the Fuze Navy Sparkle, not many people liked that one. I am considering the Slay/r or the inferno. I don't have any holes in my arsenal right now so the need for something new isn't present but still very tempting. I hope they keep it up.
