I am looking for a go to ball to replace my Absolute Inferno. I haven't bowled in two years, so I want to use this spring and summer, maybe take some lessons and hopefully learn to throw the ball better.
So the arsenal would look something like this.
1. Strike Zone ( need to rejuvenate) or Blast Zone (needs to be drilled)
2. Ball to replace Absolute Inferno (I would like this not to be asymmetric)
3. Punisher
4. Target Zone for spares
You can look at my profile for how these balls are drilled, my bowling style, etc.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
I would not replace the AI only it is 15lbs and everything else has become 14lbs which is easier for me to handle.

Are you looking for NIB 14# or a slightly used single drill AI?

I tried for a long time to find an AI "equivalent" and there's nothing identical. I did find the Wild Thing to be "close" IF you give it a similar surface preparation.

There was a ball manufactured by Brunswick for the overseas market (US ACT is the brand) that is fairly close to being an AI.

I have a 14# Pleiades that I can part with if you''d be interested. Someone close to Brunswick told me that the cover on this ball is Activator +.
Marker, PM me if you''re interested...

I''d try the Wild Thing. They seem to be more affordable now than ever. One of the best THS balls I''ve ever thrown...

Overseas release of the AI is called the Prime Zone. If u can't find one on ebay or BR, try calling the Brunswick booth in Reno. They have them in stock when I was there in March.

Lane is correct...the Wild Thing would be a great replacement and an awesome house shot ball!
