Magnitude .035 pearl

Need a little feedback even though the ball is not released yet.  I am looking to fill a gap between My Ringer Platinum and the Magnitude .035 Solid.  According to the specs I have it should fit in between nicely.   Just wanted everyone elses opinion on the matter..

Personally, the Magnitude .035 pearl or solid haven't excited me at all. I'm of the opinion that my Brute Strengths, despite them having a hybrid cover and a modified Melee block, will serve the same purpose as the .035 Pearl.

Note: WRW said, "probably gonna be a ball people use for a league condition . . ." oooh, doesn't sound like a ringing endorsement for a tournament bowler like myself.

Although you are probably correct, it's early to tell.  My .035 Pearl doesn't arrive until later this week. 
 
I LOVE the .035 Solid, and suspect that the pearl will also fit nicely where you are thinking.  I will know more after I drill it and use it alongside some other equipment. 

Those who want max hook will like other choices, but those who love control that still hits hard should give these some thought.

I've been interested in this ball but with the same cover as my black quantum kind of think it's going to be stronger than people expect. Differential in the core doesn't make a huge difference in performance on the lane for me at least.

The Black Quantum uses Relativity Flip Solid, while the .035 will use the pearl version of Relativity Flip.  That being said, the response of this cover should be good, but the core will rev up easier on the Magnitude .035 pearl.  We should be able to see a difference in the stability of the .035 core vs. the .053 differential of the Quantum.

Length on the lanes should be close, since both balls mentioned are polished, but I will post more once I get mine drilled and throw them side-by-side.  Stay tuned.

To me the Magnitude 035 pearl is a smooth rolling pearl with just a small flip on the backend.  I was able to use this ball once the lanes broke down a little bit in league.  I will be trying it next weekend in a tournament on sport shot.  Just from league the difference between the Black Quantum and this is the backend motion.  Magnitude 035 pearl was a very controllable motion and the Black Quantum was more of a flip for me.  Both balls are drilled pin above the ring finger with cg in the palm.

The Mag 035 Pearl is a great ball to have in your bag for most THS conditions.  The Relativity Flip Pearl coverstock paired with the low diff symmetrical core provides power & control that we all need.
Drilled 65X4X45, this ball controlled the lane and had great backend going through the pins.

Have been quite curious about this ball. Was a little concerned about the .035 diff not being strong enough for what I'm used to throwing (Motiv Carbon). Thanks for all the input on this thread. Quite informative and now have a better understanding of said ball and it's capabilities.  8)

The Mag 035 pearl is cleaner than a Brute Strength with more backend.  It is also longer than the Quantum ddue to the lower diff.  I would aay depending on layout and surface prep it could be the gap filler ball between the Ringer Platinum and Mag 035 Solid.  Compared to the Mag 035 Solid you should see several feet more length from the pearl with the same continuation you get from the original.
