I see them all over ebay going for cheap cheap.  Are the distributors giving big specials on them right now?

bowlingball.com has them listed as the daily special.  $89.95 with free shipping.

If the $15 coupon code works, it makes the ball only $74.95...

1-2inch pins arn't so bad. if you get a short pin it doesnt mean that it wont hook, it just means that the ball will require a low top weight otherwise the ball will roll funky. Also if you get a ball that has a long pin and theres no top weight it will also roll bad, just like if you have a short pin with alot of TW. So basically you have to get a ball that the pin and top weight go together. Its like getting a ball drilled to go super long and you dull it down to 400 grit and except it to have length; it doesn't work.

what you need to watch out for on buying balls off of ebay is buying blemished or 2nds. even though they all say there not....they more than likily are, how are you supposed to know if its a blemish or a 2nd if you havnt took it to the pro shop or phyically seen it in person yet. Thats exactly the way people are thinking when they sell you the product.

Since when does a short pin with a high top weight roll bad?

I have a Fury Solid polished, and I just checked the original box 1-2" pin, 3.6oz top weight. This ball is A-mazing on sport shots.. it's the first ball out of my bag on anything under 40' in length.

Amen to that, I've got the same for my sport league and it's got an amazing (and long-lasting) reaction.
