Hi everyone, I don't post alot but I'm on everyday checking things out.
A friend of mine uses a mammoth and loves this ball but when the lanes breakdown he has nothing to go to.
He is a rh tweener with a speed of 15 to 16 mph 190 ave, and normally will
play the track area on synthetic lanes in a second shift league hs with med oil and he does move left as needed but needs a ball to go to when the lanes start to dry.
My question is would a sidewinder be a good compliment to the mammoth, usually needs something for the third game, or is there something else that would be better suited.
thanks for reading and your opinions.

I guess it depends on how much the lanes transition, or dry out. The Sidewinder could be a good choice, but a Rattler would definitely give him more contrast.

the rattler had crossed my mind but wasn't sure if it would be good with the carry down we see.

It's a tough call, because carry down tends to be hit-and-miss. My Wild Ride with the shine knocked off is pretty good in that scenario.
If you see the carry down all the time then he may just need a stonger cover ball.

Wild Ride at 2k eats carry down for breakfast in my experiences.

Being a second shift I tend to think the carry down disappears toward the end of the first game most of the time. I spoke of the rattler to my friend and hes going to look into it.
Any other opinions are welcome.
Thanks Chris
