New Scorchin layout help
« on: April 10, 2006, 05:23:38 AM »
Sold my Scorchin' to a friend pin above ring 4 1/2 x 3 1/4 cause he wanted it worse than me I guess....so my new one has 2" pin and 3.25 top.   Any one ever do pin under middle (about 5 pin to Pap for me) and put cg near midline only slightly right?  My stats are in profile.... how would this be compared to drill 2E at 4 1/2 pin to pap and cg center to right positive a touch ?  My last ball was a bit too long in mids for me even in box finish. I assume this would be better in mids but would it have anything left for backend ?  This actually would be close to a label leverage drill for a lefty.... Thanks , Al

Thanks BVP, not a high tracker at all, actually sorta in between,   but yes you are right a high tracker would hit every hole in the ball.....any one try this layout before ??   Thanks, Al

I am a high tracker and have the lay out of 4.5 x 4.5, pin under ring, hole down. I hit every hole with the initial track until the ball flares off of it. I may have to redrill or buy another one.
