Ball Rec
« on: April 14, 2006, 08:38:17 AM »
I am currently using a Vapor Zone that is drilled pin under middle with the cg at 20 degrees and an X-hole about 6" of grip midline.  It goes long and snaps hard on the back end.

I am looking for something that will start to roll earlier and more consistent/predictable.  I'd like to stick with Brunswick.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Jason

I'd like it to be pretty strong.  I'm going to start my first Sport Shot league in a month.  I'm not sure what to expect.  Should My arsenal be strong balls?

Thanks for the input guys.  I've decided on a Scorchin Inferno.  NOw, I need suggestions on how to drill it.

I don't have a clue as to what my PAP is.  How do I find it?

Throw a low-flaring ball (like a plastic ball) with a piece of contrasting tape on where you guess is your PAP.  If you're right, the tape will be stationary.

You can get an idea of where your PAP is by looking at your track.  The closer you track to the fingers, generally the higher your track is and the further right your PAP is.
