Mike Mullin.

I saw the former Storm northeast sales rep Mike Mullin throwing Brunswick this weekend. I asked him what he thinks about Big-B's equipment, he said "it rolled really well". I asked Mike Fagan what's up with your boy Mike throwing Brunswick he replied " Everyone sooner or later will come to the darkside" ...LOL

I, who have always used one or more Columbia balls and who has ALWAYS loved a wide variety of equipment, just put together my arsenal for my Summer PBA shot league after the first 2 weeks of just fooling around. Without even thinking about it, I would up with all 4 strike balls, from light to heavy oil being Brunswick based balls. 2 are older Revolution balls, the Renegade and the Vengeance. My only Columbia, or non-Brunswick ball, is my spare ball, the Blue Dot. When I realized this, I was in shock.

If wee could back 2 years ago and say that in two years that everyone will be throwing Brunswick you most likely say I was crazy.

The brand zealots whom we have seen here, being what they are, I doubt if they'd do this even if, at some moment in time, from the possible balls they could chose, the Brunswick ball were the better choice.

I wound up with 4 Brunswicks for tonight only be sheer happenstance. As I said, no one was more astounded than I.

I kept my original 15# Spirit, but only use it in practice anymore, and a Gold-Dot pearl urethane spare ball. Everything else in the active arsenal is Brunswick.
