Well suprise suprise...
« on: March 03, 2005, 09:28:50 AM »
My teammate just got home and dropped a B box on my bed.  Guess what's inside??
An Absolute Inferno of coarse.  Guess we had some balls left to order and they ordered some absolutes and some impulse's.

2 in. pin
3.9 top weight

Gona go to the shop tomorrow.  More than likely will drill it pin above the middle finger, cg under the ring.  Will talk to the people at the shop and see what they think also.  If anyone's got any advice before tomorrow feel free to let me know.

I hate you all.

Though, I wouldn't trade my bruiser and screamr for the world.  Those things rock.

Sadly, for some people, De Nile is still just a river in Egypt...

I got mine drilled with pin next to ring finger about 4" from pap then Cg is kicked out to the right considering if you draw a straight line the mb is on the val area. The weight hole is on the pap.Great midlane roll & smooth/strong backend reaction.

Man, I love this ball. It's one sweet & very versatile ball.Since I got this last 1 1/2 week ago for about 5 days of league nights,I haven't shot under 600 & last night, I shot a 706 with it. The best part about it, I'd won about $125.00 bracket money, almost paid for the ball & drilling expense.

I think, I'm getting another one for reserve.

Well i threw it for a couple games today while workin on my game and it rolls sweeeeet to say the least.  It gets clean thru the front like a pearl and then smooth in the mid lane like a solid.  After discussing it with my pro shop friend (Kendra), we went pin directly above the bridge, cg down about vertical to the corner of my ring finger.  Threw it up to my classic and it was rediculously smoother in the middle, where my classic was just checking up too hard.  I actually think it complements my Punisher extremely well, similar reaction but sooner of coarse.
My teammate drilled his up also and from what I hear it rolls too good.  This should give us some confidence building up to the post season.  Might look into another one, we'll see.

I really want to buy one, but I'm not sure how to drill it so it wouldn't overlap with my other stuff....PG, screamr, bruiser, speed zone, fuze eliminator and ultimate inferno.  Hmm....

I have a lightly polished Eliminator & an Absolute. Both balls can cover as many boards as I need. Both get down the lane nicely and have great recovery. However, the Fuze can sometimes suffer from "energy bleed" getting through the heads on some medium conditons, and will also use up energy in the dry. The Absolute does not have this problem. I really like both balls.

Yea Randy same here, Eliminator has kinda been phased out of my arsenal, but i threw it the other day and i think it's similar to what you say in reaction.  Off the dry they are both really nice but the absolute has alot more energy at the pins.
