Inferno question...

If one wanted too, could one create a three ball bowling arsenal from the Brunswicks Inferno line of bowling equipment. (Man I such a nut! ) Thanks in advance people for the help...peace love and tripped four pins.

Are you serioius?!? This would cover heavy, medium, and light oil condions...that's it! COOL! Thanks for the reply gentlemen.

Hold on a sec...none of these balls are skid/snap balls are they? I really don't like skid/snap reactions.

I think you could get two of the three reactions that you'd need out of the Inferno line, but IMO you'd have to look outside this line to find something that would handle the drier conditions (Monster SlayR, perhaps).

Even though we've already kicked this around 19 ways to Sunday on this board, IME the Blazing is *not* a light-oil ball.

Hey Dusty, thanks for the imput. The Monster Slayer for drier conditions instead of the Blazing Inferno right?

Yes, that would be correct.

IME the SlayR is about five boards weaker than the Blazing.  For the purposes of comparison, my Blazing is maybe one board weaker than the original Inferno, with the difference being on the back end.  The Blazing and original are so close that I can't justify carrying both in the bag at the same time.

Who would want too.  I love my slayer, but I have never seen anyone shoot well with the intense or the blazing including myself.

I agree with Dusty. The Blazing is no more; it was irregular in any case.

From my point of view, with the proper surface and drilling, the Intense can replace the Original for mediums. The original also needs the proper surface and drilling to cover mediums for anyone's particular release + ball speed. Both are VERY adaptable, as far as I have seen.

SLay/R is good for lights to medium-lights.

as the others have stated the monster slayR is a better ball for drier conditions. the inferno and ultimate inferno can cover a wide range of conditions based on surface prep, drilling patterns, etc. depending upon the player.

If I were to carry just 3 balls in to bowl, it would be...

Monster Slay/R (great on med to lite oil, very smooth)
Original Inferno  (best on medium oil, can use it on most conditions)
Ultimate Inferno  (best on heavy oil, surface can be changed to adapt)
