Absolute Inferno vs Shock & Awe
« on: May 27, 2005, 07:19:44 AM »
My cousin wanted a Absolute Inferno, but the driller told me that he was out of stock and had the Shock and Awe. He told me that these two balls were very close. Is that the case? I will see my cousin tonight and want to let him know.

Well they both have the same cover ,......but totally different cores and dynamics......the AI is symetric and the S&A is a strong asymetric.

By nature......all things being the same (which is VERY difficult to do w/ these 2 balls, but suppose you could...) the AI will be smoother overall, while the S&A will be bigger on the backend....both covering a similar amount of boards.......

He ended up getting the S&A on Saturday. He is very happy with the ball.
