Well, i was signing up for leagues and i found out that bowling for the people who signed up would be free for a few hours (the league starts next week) and i couldn't say no to free bowling
, but i didn't have my shoes or balls with me (ddn't expect to bowl), so i got me some house shoes and went ball searching
, i found a rather interesting ball that i reconized in the back of the alley, an old Brunswick Blue Pro Rhino, the span was good but i could only get my thumb in about 2/3 of the way, it was fingertip and the fingers fit nice. So now after my first 3 balls of falling on my face because the bloody house shoes have no stop in the slide i finally got it to work for me, and the conditions were perfect for the old ball, dry right around 10 so i played straight up 10, with 8 steps (trying to slow down my approach because it was like ice skating), and after 4 games i had quite nice scores for me, 177, 191, 186, 179. But i was really shocked at how hard this old ball hit! I tripped 3 4 pins and left 3 solid 9's and a 4,9 split
.
Nice ball brunswick, if i could find one now i'd buy it
