My Vid (classic zone)
« on: February 22, 2005, 03:09:22 PM »
Well nation, i finally uploaded some vid of me bowling. Open to suggestions, one is of me trying to get the ball moving by the 2nd step, and the others are the same.

One thing i notice on a few of them, i kinda have a shuffle.  I noticed that and stepped back on teh approach to give myself more room and not rush my arm swing.

Getting jiggy wit it!

How tight is your thumbhole? Do you know the pitches with your span?

dude, one major thing i can see is at the line, you are soooo stiff. Loosen up, and bend ur knee, and slide some more. Thats all i can really see, and that could help you out a sittle bit and u might be more condidtant

you should try getting the ball a little tighter to your ankel, you are a good ways away form it. This will help you stay under the ball and hit it at the bottom of your swing instead of the middle like you are doing now.
otherwise its good.

Yea, im stiff but at the same time im kinda not.  I try not to get to limber, cuz i lose balance that way, the pants = very baggy so you cant really see the knee bend, a little more wouldnt hurt.

I think that the lack of bend at the knee causes me to have the ball so far away from my ankle.

Pdiddy: i know, im trying to work on that i know that im losing ALOT of leverage.

But the arm swing is pretty free? Im in time with the ball? etc, the mechanichs look good?
