LOL i Didn't even see it the 2 time. Then i looked at it after i got the ball back after a shot. i was like WTF(I got me on camera saying that, hehe). Showed the guy who owns the place and he says he will not replace it, but he will repair it, which sucks because it has less then 2 games on it. i guess, i hit the same metal piece(Size of a nickel) in the pit 3 times(Bulls***). Well im going to throw it tomorrow in league and get it repair on monday, wish me luck. When i did throw it, it rolled like a champ. Well, off to go cry somemore, hehe. Viva La Nation!!!

I second what Jabroni said, don't worry about it.

Unless they are reallyreallydeep and on your track, you might as well have 50 games on it first then resurface.

If they are just marks, forget it.  IF they are flat spots that affect the balls roll, then it matters.

There not a scuff, there somewhat deep and yes there are on my track. If they weren't, i would leave them. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Well i got it pluged and it works great. I was throwing the ball on lane 5 and this stuff happed again, last time lane 1. We (me and my proshop guy and the owner) thinks its the hardnes of the the ball. we tested it, and it around 82. we think its the make up of the ball, its to soft. So who should i contacted, wild ouctopus bowling or brunswick? i want this ball replaced. So rick any help here, or nick or rob??

It is up to the owner of the establishment to repair/replace the ball, the maker of the ball can't be held responsible for something out of their hands.

If it is deep and in the track, they should replace the ball, but many places will have a sign saying they are not responsible for lane damage. Sorry dude.

Uh, 82 is NOT that soft you know.  Stuff like storm's monsoon is in the mid to low 70s.  82 is what people look for if they want a good, hard spare ball.  So i don't think it's that....

Brunsiwck is not going to replace a ball that was damaged at a bowling center..

Like someone else stated, thats their (bowling centers) responsibility..

If they only made a ball that would carry that da_n 7 pin (and I am right handed!!)

LoL, not to mention 82 is nowhere NEAR soft by todays standards.  Sounds to me like you're getting the run-around.  The bowling center should definately be responsible for replacing the ball.
