Original Inferno or Nemesis?
« on: January 10, 2005, 05:52:25 AM »
Looking for something that compliments my ultimate inferno. thinking about the original infero or nemesis. my question is, how do these balls compare? i know what the numbers say but as far as what the numbers don't say...hitting power, versatility, and the sorts. anyone who's thrown both let me know what you think.

I think the inferno would be a better compliment only because it's a pearl, so you can get a different reaction.  Both are great though, they are known as a few of teh most versatile balls ever.  And hitting power is dependent on the lane condtion.

I myself have both and have thrown both for some time now and i must say they are very comparable.  But, i would same the OI definately wwins out in the end for hitting power versatility and hookability.  I like them both they are both great balls in own right but if i would have to choose it would be the OI!

The OI is definitely the most versatile ball I've ever owned.  I have used it on many, many different conditions, from heavier mediums to lighter meds and everything in-between.

I have to concur with Andrew. Nothing I have thrown can compare to the OI. I use it on all but extreme conditions. It is very playable from light medium to heavy medium oil.

I never use my UI, I just don't have enough oil. (revs)

I haven't even seen a Nemesis so I can't comment on it. With my Inferno, I don't need anything else.
