Need a ball and layout suggestions
« on: January 17, 2005, 08:38:35 AM »
Hi,

I was hoping for a ball and layout suggestions by one of the brunswick ball reps on here or Brunsnick.  I am looking for a ball to go down and in with.  The shot is a crown with 60 units from 15-15 and from 10-15 on both sides around 20-30 units, 10-5 has about 10-20 units and 5 and out is about 3-5 units.  Looking for a ball and layout for either up 5 or at most down and in somewhere between 5-10. Something like the line the guys were playing with on the show this past sunday especially parker.  Or something along the lines of how norm duke usually plays.  My pap is 4 3/4 right and 1/2 up.  Medium speed and around medium revs.  I will be trying my punisher on this line tonight.  It's drilled 5 3/4 x 4 1/2 with the wt. hole on my pap.  Pin is above bridge.  Let me know some ideas you guys have.

Well I stood on 10 and laid the ball down on about 5 and the punisher took off screaming about 30 feet down the lane and went brooklyn.

Ok, well I hope you tried to move in a little, or tried coming up the back of the ball. Can't always play the outside line, ESPECIALLY if there isn't enough oil to keep the ball right!

I tried moving in yes and I am always up the back of the ball.  The moving in worked a little but was a little squirrely.  Okay well thanks!
