This is my first post here so if I forget to mention any important detail I apologize...

I'm a left handed bowler, medium to low speed with low revs who likes to play outside, usually between the 4 board and the 8 board (that is my confort zone) in the typical THS. I like a ball with a good length, that can have a good read of the front and the mid lane and with  a good backend reaction with a strong hook at the end, kind of like a hockey stick shot with a delayed/late hook.

I'm looking for a ball that can be my first out of the bag option, currently I have a Brunswick Wicked Siege which is losing its power (I've been using it 3 times a week for 3 years) a Brunswick Aura which is too strong for the house conditions, a DV8 Ruckus which right know is my first ball and a Visionary G-3 Gryphon which I use when the lanes break down, but sometimes even that ball overreacts when there is no more oil left on the lane.

I'm between the Motiv Tribal Fire (right know I'm leaning towards that one) the Motiv Tribal, the Brunswick Brute and the DV8. I want a ball that I can use on a fresh lane with medium oil and that can also help me when the lanes are dry. I want the ball to have a good lenght and a strong backend reaction, I'm reading the Dual Angle Ball Layout and I have an idea of how to drill it, long skid, medium to high flares, no early hook and good and strong backend reaction. What ball should I buy?

ANY HELP WOULD BE TRULY APPRECIATED!

You may want to consider having your Wiked Siege de-oiled and surface touched up as well.
…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.

I will try and get it up as soon as I can throw them a little bit.  It seems to display some Versamax like qualities in the video.   That kinda shape and the really good looking Purple color should make this one a real winner!

Usually when do you get the balls so you can try them out? I mean, you get them before the rest of us right?

You are correct! I used it today for a tournament with a sport shot and I tried almost an entire game to bowl with the Wicked Siege but it wasn't coming back, it was barely hitting the pocket, I changed it for a DV8 Ruckus and I felt the difference completely! Its also fair to say that the Ruckus has only 6 games on it, so yeah, I need to take the Wicked to the Pro Shop ASAP!

Usually within a week or two of the release date.  In this case, they are supposed to be here Monday.

Great! I wish I could try it on monday too!

I have one last question... I have a Brunswick Aura, a Wicked Siege, a DV8 Ruckus and a g-3 Gryphon... Is the Jab a different ball from the ones that I have? I'm asking because I don't want to have two similar condition balls, that's why I was looking for a light to medium ball in the first place, because none of my balls are meant to be used on drier conditions...

The Jab is a symmetrical piece with different specs than the balls that you mentioned.   In this case, I would expect it to make a stronger move down the lane as opposed to the other balls.  If you are looking for a ball to go significantly longer than the balls you have and complement the the Brute would be a better choice.   If you are looking for a modern day improvement to the Wicked Siege then I think the Jab would be better.

Yes, I'm looking for a ball that can go longer and still have a strong backend reaction, I'm also looking more for a complement to my arsenal than a similar ball.

So let me see if I got it, the Jab, the Yeti Uncaged, the Primal Rage and those kind of balls are more like a modern version of my Wicked Siege? While the Brute or the Tribal Fire will work more as a complement for my arsenal?

Threw the Jab some last night and a little today.  Early impressions are that it has a good late read of the midlane with a hard arc on the backend.  Ball seems to be very versatile.  I can play in or out on the lane and multiple angles with speed and rotation changes.  It is definitely stronger than the Brute and starts up sooner as expected.  I would expect it to be a more than worthy replacement for your Wicked Siege.  I would still probably drill the brute as a step down.  I think I will be using the Jab a bunch on our oilier 41 foot house shot and I tend to like any ball I can throw 9 in a row out of the box.

Great! Would you define it as a benchmark ball??  :D i bought the Fire to fill that gap in my arsenal, but still looking for a replacement for my old Siege...

I would classify it as a benchmark ball and that is exactly how I plan on using it.  I will probably start with it and go to something stronger like the Fortera Intrigue or something longer like the Brute if I need more length.
