need info on this ball

recently i found this old brunswick in my basement that belonged to my dad. i was hoping someone had some information on it. i tried asking around at another forum and searching google but with no luck. can anyone help me?

but thats not the same ball i have it says bt6. plus mine doesnt have the blue crown

Yep thats right it doesnt have the crown with the T number in it. I think the 61 meant 1961 which was before the other ones. I'll take a guess that its rubber like the other one just with a pancake weight block.

i think it might be rubber. the texture is unlike anything ive felt before. might be urethane.

It's rubber. The serial # is different with your because it was made in a different year and month.
