Post by: lilphyzx on November 03, 2004, 10:34:12 AM
Hey fellas how is the nemesis in comparison to the original inferno? I was trying to find out if drilled the same what would be the difference.

If you leave the Nemisis dull you should get more hook out of it over all. If you shine it, it should create more angle down lane than an original Inferno.

I have an Inferno drilled using layout 2L from the Brunswick drill sheet (pin 4 1/2" from PAP, below ring finger), and a Nemesis drilled the same way with the same surface prep.  That is, I scuffed both balls with a green pad on six sides before applying the Brunswick Factory Finish High Gloss polish.  The Inferno is about two boards stronger overall, and starts up several feet sooner than the Nemesis.

I also threw the Nemesis in box condition, and the difference before and after was about three boards.  When dull, the Nemesis started up slightly sooner and wasn't quite as angular in back, but still had less of an arc shape than the Inferno.

Hope this helps.
