Nice to know, as I hadn't seen it discussed before. Hopefully they wont be to much more expensive then Abralon is..lasting longer is nice but if it's more cost effective to buy the cheaper pads more often..well, you know

Well if these micro pads are the same price as abralon it will be good. with these abralon pads made in finland they cost more vs an american or product made cheaper.

Why didn't they use the same Red for "Brunswick".  Looks silly with 2 different color lettering.  But I like the way it looks, and I'm curious to see how it compares to the VG.  Bowlingball.com shows the Siege with a higher "perfect score" but I assume that's OOB finish?  And with the Siege at 1000 micro pad vs the VG at 4000 abralon, I would think the VG still ends up being stronger.

If I'm wrong in these assumptions please let me know, as I don't know exactly how it works?

What I heard from the first local Siege test ball in Germany, it is quite comparable to the VG - OOB it has an earlier mid lane read, but astonishing "much" back end, not what you typically expect from a Brunswick oil ball. Not sure what happens if you take it to 4.000 Abralon like the VG, should be a close match.

Eh, not so bad.  I wanted to go with a 5" under by 60-degree layout on the Siege anyway.  And even with the short pin, the Wild Thing still does a decent job of changing direction at the spot.

The Python showed up late last week, 4" pin.  I'll try to get pics up today.
