If the Andaconda and Evil were drilled the same with the same cover prep, would there be a noticeable difference?

I saw a fairly noticeable difference between the two. My Evil Siege was drilled 5" above with a 45-degree PSA angle, and my Anaconda is drilled 5" above. With both balls at 320/600 and Factory Finish High Gloss polish on four sides, the Anaconda was a few feet longer and was sharper at the break, and was about two-and-one stronger overall.
