Spoke with the local distributor about that Bruiser today and he said it is supposed to be something new to the monster line...different from all of the rest.

If so, I cannot wait to see it.

Someone told me the new Monster was going to be an X-Zone remake.

Rick Benoit brought in a couple test balls the other day, and both were very heavily sanded.  Have no idea of knowing what they are, but more are in the works at least.

Yeah, the Time Zone is supposedly PK18 over an asymmetrical core.  Evidently there have been a lot of requests for a Zone product, so there you have it.

I think the Bruiser is the worst-kept secret in bowling right now.  People out here have been talking about it (by name, no less!) since March.

The Time Zone will be the only Zone release. The asymmetrical core in the Time Zone is actually going to be the same one used in the Rebel ECX, which is from Brunswick's over seas label Revolution. So technically they already had one. There is also an Inferno Particle on its way.

Monster Brusier=Fire Quantum reborn
Rebel ECX was a mad ball, it will still have its place in some bags whatever label is on it.

Regardless of which Quantum you compare this ball to, the "mushroom weight block" is missing, so it is not like the Fire Quantum, Sage Quantum or any other Quantum.

Will the Bruiser replace the SmashR ? Or will it be an addition ?
I wonder how they compare?

Assymetric weight block = New for the Brunswick line!

Weird though 1:30 is earlier than 10:30 for this weight block!!

In fact if I remember right 2:00 was earliest of all.

Also short pins can react like long pins based on orientation.

Interesting, diffferent and weird!!!

Should have kept mine.

Oh once had 421 through 15 with Rebel Ecx.  Thumb swelled (got nervous?) and couldn't get back in thumb hole!!!

My buddy used to call my REBEL ECX my self correcting ball!!!

I used this 1:30 drilled one for flip and my sledgehammer for arc!

WOW.
