your footwork needs to improve...try not to shuffle your feet,
speed of footwork needs to be slowed own...u are not running in the 100m sprint no need to be so fast,take each step as if you are walking and build up on your momentum on your last 3 steps,
good ballswing motion,
balance arm is not present,
cant see your release clearly though,
kneebend deeper...a more solid pivot will let u do more,
if u can try to change the above,you will find your ball speed increase with more power
