Post by: KING PIN 300 on May 18, 2011, 05:44:07 AM
Ok so the other companies have released what they are coming out with new.  Anybody have any ideas on what Brunswick has in store for us.  The other stuff doesnt really impress me much yet.  Hope Brunswick has some good stuff love the Wicked and the Alpha Max.  Thanks

The Siege line and Systems line are supposedly gone. They will have replacements.

Be good, or be good at it.

What ?  In the last decade Brunswick built a state of the art production facility but won't be making high end bowling balls ? What kind of sense does this make and where could you have possibly heard this ?

Siege  line maybe gone but BrunsRob already said System line lives on.  Bowl expo is a little over a month away , probably means leaks will start coming out in about 2 weeks to get people talking.

I'll admit, I'd love to see a new high-end symetric line. Nothing better than good ol Brunswick symetrics. (come on Nick. chop chop. lol) However, I am sad to see the Siege line go... made some decent $$$ with those.

I'd guess that Brunswick will be "cleaning up" their line-up. Getting rid of the Sieges as ball lines makes IMO sense, since it is hard for customers to see a true difference to the C-System line.

I'd guess that the C-Systems will live on as high end ball line (with a replacement name becoming due to the end of the year, I'd say), and that the Revolvers' line will become a symetrical core performance line under it, above the mid-price segment, maybe with a new introduction and ball line name. Timing for that would be O.K., too.

And, maybe, a Urethane and a mild reactive Karma, just in order to get rid of the leftover Avalanches?
