Video was shot with a Canon XL1 ( http://www.eventcam.nl/images/news/XL1.jpg ) and exported with Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0.
Haven't had a chance to play around with the software yet, but I can tell it definately needs some help to not look so washed out near the pins. Maybe once I have time to go thru the 5hr DVD tutorials, I'll get a clue. LOL

Oh yeah... didn't mention.. I was rockin' the bush in that video.
BVP AMBUSH! Shot 964 and 985 with it Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

Fingertip grip
4 9/16th x 4 3/8th (dropped ring)
1/4 rev in middle, 3/4 rev in ring
1/4 under in thumb, 1/8th left using a Donkee #12 molded oval.
So far, this has been the best feel for me!

Hehe... I'll mess with the compression later. I just wanted to get a sneak peak of high quality video, without much loss of data.
My release feels better than ever, that shot was kind of grabbed and a little inside of target. With the ring finger back into the ball, sometimes I forget which finger is supposed to be doing all the work.
If anything has changed, my set down point has gotten way cleaner. I'm thinking of changing the grip in the middle finger. Right now, it is a vacu'd Lady Power Lift, but I might change it to an oval like the ring finger and reduce the reverse a smidge.

19 MB for 6 seconds???
Thank goodness for high speed connections. I'd have been ticked off if I waited an hour for one shot.
Quality was fine, but still played jerky for me.

This wasn't shot on a tripod, could also be a factor.

More vids! More vids! Although to download 19mb for 6 seconds of video, then to watch Nick jump infront of the pins so we can't see the strike, is a little ... weeeee (hehehehe!), I still <3 Nick's vids!!! A++++++
Have you decided to buy that monster of a thing yet?
*trying to imagine Nick luggin' that big huge video camera to the bowling alley*

Nah, I'm not going to buy this camera. It wouldn't be so practical if I wanted to use it for something else.
However, this is what I am looking at for the moment.
