Got my Nexxus today.  Drilled it very similar to my Wicked Siege that I like so much.  Threw it about a game to make sure the thumb felt good.  Hard to get much of a read on the reaction when thrown on lighter THS leftovers.  It still got decent length with a stronger mid lane read than I was expecting.  Won't get any use this week on Stockholm (34'), but we get Shark (43'), Scorpion (41'), Paris (47', but light oil), Mexico City (45') and London (44') over the next 7 or 8 weeks.

Sorry about the image size, not sure how to change that with the new site.

Geoff,

It appears that although maybe not exact, that you have it drilled close to what BrunsNick has recommended for me when I get my Nexxus. I have a Storm Nano solid drilled very similar to what you drilled your Nexus with the only difference being the Pin is 1/4 to 3/8 inch right of where you have your Pin and a wee bit closer to the finger holes.

Finally got to throw it tonight.  Very strong ball to say the least.  Still pretty clean through the front part of the lane, but really strong on the back.  I had to add more axis rotation than I normally use on longer patterns (Shark tonight) just to keep it from checking really hard just past the mid lane.  The Black Widow Bite (2000 abralon) is much stronger in the mid lane, but the Nexxus (1500 Siaair) is much stronger on the back.  Should be a nice combo for the longer/heavier stuff.  At the box surface, it might be too much ball for Shark.  Never thought I'd say that for any ball with my rev rate.
