Yup. rare as hen's teeth, almost literally.

I had one and back in 1997/8 or so, these balls were almost exclusively for Brunswick staffers. I had to work hard to get one and then the specs sucked.
There was Tour Edition I, a blue pin, (went very long for a solid Danger Zone and then turned hard on lighter oil lanes) and a TE III, an orange pin which was urethane.

I have not seen these balls for many years now.

This green pin was a VERY even rolling ball; if I recall correctly, very much like the MVP Walter Ray Williams ball (check on LuckyLefty for that ball's reactions). It was for medium-light to maybe medium oil.

Addendum: have some Brunswick specs from a chart they sent me.

Ball         Avg RG   RG Diff   Coverstock
----------------------------------------------------------
Danger Zone TE1 blue pin   8.6   0.023   PowrKoil17
Danger Zone TE2 green pin   2.7   0.023   Powrkoil14
Danger Zone TE3 orange pin   4.7   0.023   urethane

Just like hand grenades and horse shoes, in bowling you only have to get close ...
