Yup. rare as hen's teeth, almost literally.
I had one and back in 1997/8 or so, these balls were almost exclusively for Brunswick staffers. I had to work hard to get one and then the specs sucked.
There was Tour Edition I, a blue pin, (went very long for a solid Danger Zone and then turned hard on lighter oil lanes) and a TE III, an orange pin which was urethane.
I have not seen these balls for many years now.
This green pin was a VERY even rolling ball; if I recall correctly, very much like the MVP Walter Ray Williams ball (check on LuckyLefty for that ball's reactions). It was for medium-light to maybe medium oil.
Addendum: have some Brunswick specs from a chart they sent me.
