I remember about the girard drilling and how you need a long pin distance And be mind full of the static weights, but everyone that i have seen use This drilling have been relatively higher trackers. 5 inches or higher. I am how ever a lower tracker, around 4 inches or 3 3/4.

Now when i drill stuff for myself,I ignore pin placement and Cg in relation to fingers And do it just distance above midline and actual distance from pap, because i drill about 50 % of my equipment with my pins in the negative side of my grip.

Now my question is, what is the actual pin to pap distance ? it looks close to atleast 6 inches and i read that the pin has to be a minimum of 1 1/2 inches below the thumb to avoid clipping the thumb hole.

Since I remember hearing that the flare usually reverses with this drilling, it is probably more than 6 3/4 inches from the pap (where the flare starts reversing).

I could've swore the one laid out for Patrick was a 5 to 5 1/2 inch pin to negative axis point, or something to that effect. GL with the drilling.
