Clean and Sheen, in Track's ads, (see ad in July 2003 BTM ), "takes a ball from a 320 grit sanded finish to a 1000 grit sheen in one step". Depending on how hard you pressed, after the lines were removed, you're back to 1000 grit surface. If you pressed very lightly, you might be at 800 grit, but I do not believe you are at 400 grit any longer. I guess a "sheen" is half a step down from a polish. No, it's not a high gloss polish.
