The Absolute is a great ball, most versatile one I have.
Tonight I went to a six lane synthetic house at a bar. They told me they hadn't oiled the lanes once this summer! After throwing two games in the 160's with dry lanes balls (Flipside Panic and Punisher)
I moved to standing on 36 board and targeting 4th arrow with Absolute Inferno and got 6x and 212. I am not an inside player. I usually play 12 or 14 to 7 on medium to fresh shot. On a fresh shot this ball will put down 6 to 8 strikes for me in a game, if I can do my part.
This just shows what a great versatile, good carrying ball the Absolute is. The ball rolls so well after first frame tonight on the dry lanes (a split) I figured out line and closed out the rest of the frames. You might get other balls, but I don't see how you could go wrong with this one.
Steven gave you good advice on the Radical Inferno. That will be the next ball I get to compliment my Absolute. Supposed to go a little longer to breakpoint and have sharper breakpoint with more backend. For me I am hoping to have different line to play as lanes break down and Absolute starts to leave 10 pin. I wouldn't be afraid to buy a new Brunswick ball as they have a great reputation for their coverstocks the last few years. It has similar specs to Absolute so it should roll awesome.
