hi,
im bowling for my team and at the home lanes it is verry dry. If you every heard of the place, its called Plaza Lanes (Madison, NJ) These lanes have a BAD reputation for having dry spots/giving alot of awkward splits. From what my friend quotes the lanes, "you throw a good shot, you get 8 and 9s..and if you shoot a bad shot you'll get a strike somehow" Also, the other coaches have been saying if you hit the one board it will move. Getting through the background of the house, I got my target zone from a league I bowled in last year. The target zone i must admit was a very good ball at first until after awhile it got dull and the 7 pin percentage went down (im a lefty). I'm not sure if it needs polishing or what, the target zone has a bite to it at the end. If i tried to let it out a bit more, it would either skid off or at the last second move. Any advice would help, I'm leaning towards polishing it but I'm worried about it skidding too much after.
Thanks,
-andrew
