Crack in ball
« on: May 14, 2008, 10:24:55 AM »
My Strike Zone, which I bought last fall, has cracked.  The crack runs from the pin to the balance hole.

My pro-shop manager is out of town so I haven't been able to talk to him yet.  Does anyone know if Brunswick has some kind of warranty on their balls that would cover this situation?  If it has a balance hole and inserts, does that void the warranty?  The ball is less than a year old, was made in Mexico and only has about 30 games on it.

Any input would be appreciated.

All I can say is that Brunswick has replaced EVERY defective ball we've seen. Have your pro shop contact the distributor, and if that doesn't get you anywhere, contact the Brunswick Product Specialist for your area...

is the pin at least one(1) inch away from any hole on the ball ?  if not, this will make the warranty invalid.
