the Nemesis to the Ultimate Inferno if they were both drilled identically with the same specs. and both retain their box surfaces.

Let me give some background regarding this:

A friend of mine has both the Nemesis and the Ultimate Inferno.  He has the Nemesis drilled label leverage (pin to the right and even with the ring and the CG under the palm).  The Ult. Inferno is drilled with the pin below the ring finger and the cg is kicked out with a balance hole drilled below his PAP on the VAL.

After watching him bowl with both balls for some time now, the Nemesis reacts harder and stronger than the Ultimate Inferno which seems to be more of a control ball...almost like a controlled arc.  Now I know there isn't a lack of oil because it is a 41' shot and I am constantly wiping my equipment off after every shot.  So why is the Nemesis so much stronger than the Ultimate?  Could it be that the Nemesis just looks stronger because of its bigger backend move versus the more controlled arc of the Ultimate?

Just by the diff of the pin height above the midline, the Nemesis should react quicker than the UI, a more backend look is right.  And the UI with a X-hole and pin under definately will have an earlier read hence seeing smoother backend.

And by nature of UI, should react sooner than the Nemesis and can handle more oil.
