taken from the brunswick web page:

"Compared to Brunswick’s previous mid-price particle offerings, the Goliath has both a higher hook potential and a more skid/snap arc."

I'm not a physicist, but I thought it was either an arcing reaction or a skid/snap reaction...  what would be a "skid/snap arc"?  Is this a case where they are trying to "snowball" the person with terms to make it sound better?

That's my take on it too (there is some grey area between the two extremes), but by just reading the description, it seemed to be worded a little funny... as if they are trying to cover all cases.  I doubt 99% of the people out there would be able to get a skid/snap reaction out of the goliath... especially with the box finish.
