Well, it all depends on what you mean by "handling oil," and the type of ball reaction you're looking for on the oilier conditions that you see.
If you're talking about a longer pattern where there is still some friction in the back or to the outside, then a reactive ball will give you better recovery.
If you're looking to play a flatter condition with front-to-back oil, where you need to get the ball into a roll sooner, a particle ball would probably be more useful to you.
As for me, I very seldom see a lane condition where there isn't at least *some* friction to move the ball, so I carry an Ultimate Inferno to play patterns with more volume.
