PSA locator pin not marked
« on: May 27, 2008, 04:24:25 AM »
Hi!

I've got a NIB Brunswick Zone Classic Green pin (Made in USA) with 1-inch pin to cg. However, the PSA locator pin is not marked.

Has anyone experienced this before? I've had many Big B asymmetric in the past and this is the first time ever happened.

Is this a big problem? Just find the PSA by drawing a line of 6.75 inches from pin to cg?!?

Thanks.

It is small plug that sticks out of the ball 6 3/4 down, usually white might be black though. No engraved marking just a small plug.

I've checked but there's nothing there.

I've got another Zone Classic (also made in USA) and the PSA is clearly marked with a small white square.

What weight is the ball ?

I bought my dad an old NIB Time Zone in 13lb, and it didnt have a PSA marker.

I thinking old asym Zones 13lb and lighter, didnt have it.

If it is missing you can spin it on a determinator (sp) to find the mass bias, otherwise you might have some luck if you contact a Brunswick product rep.

It's 14lbs.

My other Zone Classic green pin is 13lbs, and it HAS a locator pin.

My 2 x 14lbs Vapor and 14 lbs Twisted all have locator pin.
