hey,

for the bowling ball layout video where are you drawing the ref line? from the pin to the locator pin?

and can you tell me the difference between 50 degrees (what you used) compare to 75 or 45.  Thanks!

thanks explained alot.  so on brunswick balls how do i measure the degrees to the pap b/c they dont have MB on the ball.

Only the Zone line of balls have a MB.

I just picked up a fury pearl and i wanted to try to lay out my ball on my own and need to know where do i draw the reference line to get the angle for my pap.  Thanks for the help!

  Balls that have a marked mb are said to have an asymmetry of some sort in the core, allowing for that spot to have a more pronounced influence on ball reaction than it otherwise would.

  The FURY line of balls DOES NOT have the core asymmetry needed to produce a MB influence strong enough to mark the spot on the ball.

  That being said, it is also common practice on balls without a marked MB, of which the FURY is one, to draw a line from the pin through the CG.  Follow this line to a point 6 3/4 inches from the pin.  On symmetric balls, this is the point used for the virtual MB.
