I actually helped choose it.  There's a woman on my Thursday league with one, and I told him I wanted a similar reaction, but since I have ball speed on the low end of the scale    I asked him to think of a ball that would give me the reaction, and he insisted that this ball would be just fine for me.

I'm back as a member of Brunswick Nation for the first time since the original Danger Zone was THEE ball of the day.  NOTE:  I do have a Power Groove, but since it's not a high end ball, the rest of y'all with real ball speed probably think the Power Groove is just like owning expensive plastic

Of all of the Inferos the Intense was recommended for me as well since my ball speed is only in the 14-15 mph range.  It's higher RG will help you project it down the lane before it's nasty backend comes into play.  I would think the Classic Zone would be useful for a slower ball speed as well, but my driller has told me to stay away from it for whatever reasons.

Power Groove = expensive plastic?  Only if you can get plastic to check up when you push it into the burned up track in the third game of league.  I thought this ball would be good for later in the night, but it's rather strong for $100 out the door at most shops.  I have a Chrome/Yellow and think I'd be happier with the more recent and milder Purple/Silver.
