i just got an ultimate inferno drilled, and i have been throwing it a couple days. i noticed that the bow tie is right next to my middle finger whereas on all of my other equipment it is farther left and higher on the ball. what does that mean? good or bad? and is there a way to raise the bow tie? it has a 1" pin. ball drilled pin under the bridge and cg about 45 degrees down and to the right. thanks in advance for any help. the pin is a sloppy oval shape by the way, but that is neither here nor there...

Pin down drills can cause this.  As long as it isn't hitting any holes it wouldn't hurt anything..
I believe that you can raise the bow tie with a weight hole down the VAL or in the lower right quandrant.

That said, changing your wrist angle will move the postion of the flare rings more. More crank equals flare rings moving away, less crank, just the opposite. It you throw end over end to reduce hook you can hit finger/thumb  holes. Just watch Norm Duke and Walter Ray Williams bowl spares and listen for the thumps
