if the drilling is weak enough


can this ball be my dry lane ball or is it too strong or a smokin inferno be drilled weak enough to be my dry lane ball

With proper surface prep and an extremely weak (6" Pin2Pap) it may work but It will react extremely hard off the dry area as will a Smokin Inferno. They are not made to be dry lane balls, and a much better option would be a ball like the Power Groove Dry/R made for dry lanes.

Man, you guys worry about drilling to much. yes, it can tweak the reaction But most of it is SURFACE!!!!. Change the surface first before you do anything w/ the layout.
