Raging Inferno vs. Absolute Inferno
« on: October 19, 2005, 06:16:08 AM »
I was wondering how these two compare. I am looking to form an all Inferno arsenal that looks something like this since Christmas is coming up. Here's what I'm looking at:

Heavy: Absolute
Med/Heavy: Raging
Med/Light:Smokin

What do you guys think?

I'd put the absolute in the med-heavy spot.  And the Ultimate would be better than the Raging for heavy oil.  Raging is a particle pearl, but it has a higher RG, something you don't want for long oil patterns.

just to put my 2 cents in.....and with this line up, you can play whatever lane condition.  (of course results will vary on how your balls are drilled)

heavy: AI (bad experience with UI)
med/heavy: SI or OI
med/light: II or BI
+
spares:  target zone
--------------------
INFERNO Series: The "FLAME" burns brighter with every roll.

Arsenal: Smokin  / Absolute/ Ultimate/ Original Inferno/ Target Zone

Well, I already have a Raging inferno...so thats going to be part of the current arsenal in some shape or form. It is also strong enough for me on Heavy oil, so an Ultimate won't be neccessary.

The II is not and never will be for light oil. Just ain't gonna to happen unless your ball speed is 20 mph with low revs, in which case your AI is not going to cover medium-heavy.
