in theory the rampage has a stronger cover than the punisher; that means it will handle more oil. so, on the same oil pattern, the rampage will be earlier with more overall hook and less "apparent" backend, if they are drilled the same.
different drillings may get the ranpage to handle the same oil pattern as the punisher, but retain more energy and "display" it at the backend. usually a higher pin osition further from the bowler's pap can help do this.
keep in mind one very important consideration: many house patterns have the potential to make very different balls act very much alike; it doesn't always happen but it can and does. therefore balls should never be evaluated on the basis of a single experience. you should try different houses at different time to get a true relationship of ball behavior.
