I was recently down at my local bowling alley and they were having a clearance sale. I picked up a red brunswick raptor with the reactive cover. It only cost 20$ for the ball and to have it drilled, so i figured it was worth a shot. I am still waiting to get the ball, and was researching any info I can find on it, which is none. Does anyone know about this ball and what I might expect out of it? Thank You - Scott

The Raptor is extinct?

Sorry, I don't remember that one either. Anyone else?

$20 is worth the drilling alone.
You really had nothing to lose.
Good luck with your new ball!

a friend of mine had one.
i think it was a urethane with a pancake core.
didn't really do much, just kinda steady for dry and spares.
i agree for 20 bucks you have nothing to lose.

Thanks for the info, I got to use it last night. It is a standard pancake core, so it's pretty flat. Was a good spare ball, and when I played around a little it was hitting hard for me, but had to much trouble keeping my line. I'll stick to my hammer raw anger, unless the lanes are really dry. Thanks Again!

Who are you? And what kind of bowler has problems with the 4 pin? A bad one, apparently.
