Replacement for Max Zone
« on: December 03, 2010, 12:53:44 AM »
Am looking for a good replacement for my Max Zone. Was looking at either the C-Systems or the Hammer Black Widow Nasty. Any suggestions?

The Revolver would probably get you closest to the Maxxx Zone in terms of roll shape and overall strength.  The cover on the Revolver tunes easily, so you'd be able to adjust the surface as needed.

I have to agree with Ray here. my Revolvers remind me of my Maxx Zone. Even thought the Revolver is a pearl it has the roll of a solid.

I would suggest the Revolver, consider the Revolver going to be your "beef-up" version of the Maxxx Zone.  And yes it does rolls like a solid.

The Original Siege would probably be closest to mirroring the ball reaction a Maxxx Zone created. But, if ya don't mind a little stronger downlane reaction, then yes, the Revolver is a great choice.
