Total or Blast?
« on: September 21, 2007, 06:14:15 AM »
I was in my local alley for lunch today throwing my NV.  The pro there was watching and said I should get a ball that does not have so much length, due to the fact I have the ability to get the ball down the lane so long already.  Which of these balls do you recommend?  Or is there another Brunswick ball I should look at for earlier reaction?

I like them both. The Total rolled more smoothly from start to finish - kind of like a particle ball motion. The Blast Zone comes very strong from the factory, but it's cover should still go slightly longer and probably more angular at the breakpoint.  I adjusted my Blast to 2000 abralon and like it even more, but you should try it with the box finish first.

I've got both and threw my first 300 of the year with the Blastzone so it gets my vote.It seems to be much stronger off the break point.
