After carry issues with the last few Brunswick Balls I have thrown, I thought I would never throw Big B, with the exception of my trusted Spare Ball. Until my buddy walks from his pair, fuming over his lack of strikes with his Twisted Fury, b/c the house I bowl in has changed the pattern, adding about four feet, and a heavier amount of oil in the outside.
I decide to give it a try, since we have the same span, I get a new thumb and grips thrown in, and I give it a shot. In the "unstrikable house" I just annihilated the pocket with this ball. Every shot was a strike, solid ten, or solid nine. If you throw it consistently, it will respond. I wind up shooting 215, 227, and my first 299. Although it was practice, I was nervous b/c I only avg in the 180s. Not a bad first outing for this ball. Hopefully the first of many.
It may be a way too late post regarding this ball, but my confidence in Brunswick has been restored with the Twisted Fury. Just felt like sharing.
Good Luck and Good Scoring
