i was cleaning out my closet the other day and i found a NIB purple rhino pro. i was just wondering how strong do you think this ball will be on todays conditions. what reaction shape did this ball have. thanks in advance .

Great ball at the time. You can check out the Avalanche Solid as it will be very close to the Purple Rhino in reaction. Here is a video of the Purple Rhino.

It will be straight as an arrow unless you bowl on a desert.  I agree with the first reply.  Sell it and collect your money, some shmuck out there will mostly likey pay at least $100 for it.

compared to todays equipment it will go pretty straight unless you normally throw a lot of ball
i just drilled an older 1 i bought off here and it works well for me on fresh ths conditions but the ball is on its 3rd drill now

also the avalanche is nothing like the rhino series stuff
it may have the same core but the coverstocks on the rhinos are much much much weaker
avalanche is a pretty strong piece

if your interested in selling it send me a message on here I would probably buy it

I have the Rhino's in purple, teal green & gold...these balls work great on todays THS especially if you're a down & in stroker. Lay them down and let it roll into the pocket.
Every time I come across one, I snatch it up..... great ball for me.
